Hi all,
Unfortunately last week, I rear-ended a truck with a long trailer hitch. Although it was relatively slow speed, my wheels locked up and I kinda slid into it so the damage is significant.
Currently I am looking at replacement for front bumper, front grill, lower mesh grill, crash beam...
I had this done at dealer so I am not sure if they bled the brakes properly or not. The brakes feel like it has air but I think it still stops similar distance to stop as before, although when the car was brand new, the brake were noticeably less spongy but I think it might be brake pad thing.
Cracking noise is coming from pressing the brake pedal, I believe it normally makes that noise so I am not worried about that.
The air noise seems to disappear after applying brakes several times when the car is shut off, then it would come back once the car is turned on.
After changing the brake fluid around 18k miles, the brake pedal is making the noises as shown in video. I believe I have heard similar sound like this before but never this significantly noticeable. Dealer said it could just be different brake fluid (Castrol SRF). Would be grateful to hear you...
Hi All, a newbie to DIY car care here with a quick question. I am trying to DIY oil change, and I bought OEM oil from two different dealers (black one I bought about 4 months ago and realized I need more than 5 quarts so I bought 2 quarts of the grey one). Now I realized there is a slight...
I appreciate you guys answering my question! And I have another one for you lol.
Do you have two different seat positions for daily driving, long distance and track driving? I notice that if I sit closer to driver seat, I drive more aggressively (shifts faster, more responsive on steering)...
Hey Lust, watched your and Sean videos on Youtube and I am inspired! I just ordered Titan 7 Ts-5 (18x9.5 +45) for track use only, planning to put 265/35 Falken RT660 on them. I am wondering if you have any experience with this kind of setup. I am not sure if I can stay stock height without...
I will always dodge first year of a new model, or even wait for mid cycle update. Also there will be more cars to choose from in a couple of years (new STI, GR corolla, mid engine hyundai, 400z, etc).
I actually have the same thing as well (except I tried to mount it in the middle). It is great solution but it seems to tilting forward and I am looking for something that will stay relatively close to the bumper.
With the revamped front for 2020, I believe some of the no drill license plate mount suggestions are not viable. So I am wondering what you guys have been using for no drill license mount.
I actually bought one from someone on this forum but I was unable to mount it (I am not sure if I am...
Could you elaborate why Titan 7 is not an option for autocross? I am considering about getting Titan 7 wheels and also planning to do some casual track days in the future.
I got about 8k miles on my 2020 and here are what I think about this car.
Pros:
1. Looks - I got a lot of praises and people breaking necks to see what car this is (also a lot of people love the color).
2. Driving experience - Very fun and fast car. Grips the corners like glue and car flies...
Infotainment: Laggy like a early 2000s tablet or something.
Tires: Stock tires are expensive and last ~10k miles average.
Exhaust: My co-worker has a veloster N and he would high rev his car every dang time.
Looks: Some people think I drive fast, reckless etc, or assume I am a man-child.
Higher...
