I paid MSRP. The only con so far is that there isn't lumbar support in the seats. But I didn't have that in my '16 Coupe Touring either... The lane keeping assist function is a bit more aggressive than the Coupe, but I got a lot more used to it today driving thru Amish Country.

Changed my original vote to keep with my Gen X, a '16 Civic Coupe Touring.
Picked up a new '22 Hatchback Sport Touring yesterday. Drove 4.5 hours to Pittsburgh to purchase it (all the Philly area dealers are adding $4k to MSRP if you can find one).
The XI drives better than my old Audi A4...
I made the switch from a '16 Coupe Touring to a '22 Hatch Sport Touring. The tech improvement is very impressive. I'm a BMW guy, and this new '22 has blown my mind.
I had the endless series of errors and lost power steering too. Went to my favorite independent repair shop and had it back within an 2 hours hour. Cost was $200.
Root cause - a mouse ate through the wiring. Tricky part was finding the break. (I live in the boonies, and the mouse was...
I've found that off-lease BMW 3-series with 15-25K miles (2 years old with low miles) will cost a lot less than a new Accord and a wee bit more than a Civic Touring. I'm the guy with the sweet Civic Touring Coupe, but the off-lease BMW I drive is a better car.
I can't see why anybody would...
I'm driving my '16 Civic Coupe Touring that I bought new in 2016. (I'm now 61).
Went and took at look at the '22 Civic on July 4 (no creepy salesmen to bother my wife and me), and my conclusion is, "What the hell was Honda thinking?!"
The '22 is boring, looks small, and my new-car loving...
Try this - send the audio from the SXM app to your Honda via Bluetooth or cable, and let us know if you hear a difference (you will - the app is higher quality).
Fundamental issue is that SXM over-compresses the audio.
Shtumpa - why wouldn't you take it to a Honda dealer? There's an extended AC component warranty in effect (10 yrs., I think). My '16 started blowing warm air - took it in and they replaced the evaporator and recharged the system at no cost to me. It was actually a very good experience.
FWIW, I had my first oil change post "recall service", and sure enough, the oil level was high going in. I'm going to closely monitor the oil level going forward - I had assumed (incorrectly) that the recall would fix the issue and I wouldn't need to keep an eye on the oil level.
