EXACTLY the post I was looking for
Do you have any experience with Swifts vs these? Swifts are so fuggin bouncy IMO. Looking to switch to these, but don't want to spend the $$ and effort if the ride quality will be the same. I'm running 18x9.5 +38 on 265/35 tires though, so rubbing may be an...
Bump. Looking to get out of the Swift setup, but don't want to lose the ride height. How many of ya'll running the RS-R Super Downs? How's the ride quality. Drop looks legit
Thank you for the detailed feedback. I still need to install the Spoon rigid collars and just wanted to know what other braces I should add if any since the subframe needs to be dropped etc. I daily my car and its already pretty harsh on the Swifts tbh. Wondering if I should even add anything...
Looking to possibly add the following Cusco braces/suspension parts. Wanted to know if anybody had experience with them. Figured I could get more bang for my buck vs the Spoon Sports Stiff Plate
Parts I'm looking at adding:
-Cusco Seat Rail/Power Brace SKU#CUS-3C4-492-SP
-Cusco Front Sway Bar...
Ok I installed these today. PITA if you ask me, but it's not so much product design as much as it is poor design from Honda.
Notes:
-bottom tab is super hard to pop out. Im impatient and its cheap plastic so I just broke the tabs on both sides. I tried everything and they just wouldn't pop out...
Mirror caps came in. One appears to be slightly more imperfect than the other (2nd pic - passenger side), so we’ll see how fitment is. One of the tabs in crooked and seems to be a ‘dimple’ on the top. Will update after install
dude that's wild. I run the exact spec and only RARELY rub on the front tab on large dips. Granted I don't have back seat passengers often, but even when I do it doesn't rub at all in the rear. 265/35 tire, -2.5R camber tho, idk what you ran.
