If it was the clip you’d have a squealing when you made left turns. Your issue sounds more like a pad or rotor issue.

It feels like this is how they should have made the SI Interior from factory. It feels less like a econo-shit box inside now.
I’ve had a bunch of old Honda’s and they were cool and all, but I’d take my FC1 over my old Ek, EF DC2R any day.
The FA5 was a better car hands down though (minus the interior) Still miss that beast.
Maybe I’m just getting old and don’t like to worry about my car getting jacked every time I go...
Idk man. I bought my 2018 for 20k OTD with 24k miles on it the beginning of 2020. I’m afraid those days are long gone for awhile…. (I’ve been looking for a 10th gen coupe).
I threw a few coats of wax on it today even though 3m says not to use wax… it looks a little better. Worst comes down to worse… I wasted $50 and a few hours. No biggie.
Wrapped the hood today with CF wrap and I don’t know if I’m really feeling it yet. I did the same thing on my 11 Si and it looked way better.

I just did my first NY inspection and it failed because emissions wasn’t calibrated (disconnected the battery yesterday).
Im not tuned or anything and not throwing a Cel.... still failed.
I drove 80 miles today and am getting reinspected in the AM. I can update then if you want.
