I am not sure if this has crossed anyone else's mind but the current Honda lineup no manual transmission vehicle is offered with Honda Sensing. Wondering if this indicates something about transmission or if Honda finally has the tech in place to offer this on a vehicle with a manual.

You are correct here that you need to make sure the dashboard brightness is not at full. Keep in mind that to adjust the dashboard brightness it does need to be dark outside if you have the TFT display in the EX or higher. Otherwise if the light sensor for the auto headlights sees that it is...
