  1. Fastest you have ever driven?

As a driver: 141 according to the speedo on my 20 Civic Sport. Did that about 2 weeks before I got married. As a passenger: a classmate had an E60 M5 with a 7 speed single clutch. Ended up doing 155 on the way to school one day back in 2009.
  2. 2020 Honda Civic Sport Codes make no sense

Have you tried checking out all the grounds and fuses? A bad ground can cause all kinds of issues, including multiple codes for different systems. Shouldn't happen on this new of a car, but sometimes a fuse can break, but not blow. I had this at my job today (USPS mechanic). I was working on a...
  3. 10th gen wheel and tire sizes

It'll fit perfectly. I'm currently running a set of Motegi Racing MR131 Traklites in my original sizes(2020 Sport sedan). 235/40R18 with 18x8 +45mm offset. You're going to be running almost stock sizing.
  4. Powerstop pad issue? Or caliper issue? Or?

I have PowerStop on for my wife's front brakes (2013 Smart Fortwo) and they make that whirring sound as well. I think it has something to do with her front rotors and our rear rotors are solid, not vented. Outside of the click and the noise, they're pretty good. First time I had to slam my...
  5. Powerstop pad issue? Or caliper issue? Or?

I think this is the issue I'm having with mine. I have a 2020 Sport sedan, and hear a click the first time I hit the brakes going forward or reverse. Outside of the click, they've been pretty good for me, lasting longer than other pads and rotors I've had
  6. 2020 civic 2.0L 4D Sport

How loud do you want it? I have a Coffin muffler with a Magnaflow resonator and stock tubing. It's louder than stock, but not stereotypical "loud ricer Honda" loud. Larger diameter tubing will give a deeper tone. Having no resonator will likely cause a lot of drone. This is mine. Skip the...
  7. New under engine cover?

Haven't gotten this yet, but following so I can replace mine.
  8. What New Parts Would YOU Like To See???

It may not be something a whole lot of people would ask for, but I'd love to have some kind of camshaft upgrade for the K20C2. Doesn't need to be some high end material, but a little more lift and duration would be nice. An upgraded intake manifold and throttle body would be pretty awesome too.
  9. Handa navigation on Sport trim?

Fair enough. Definitely not worth the headache of doing all of that.
  10. Handa navigation on Sport trim?

I was wondering what needs to be done to run Honda's navigation system on a 2020 Sport. Is it as simple as just getting a GPS antenna($27 from Honda Parts Online), plugging it in, and unlocking the function with Honda Hack(I already installed 2 years ago), or do I need to swap the head unit or...
  11. 2.0L

    Ducking autocorrect!
  12. 2.0L

My 2.0 burns a little less than half a quarter between oil changes(7000 miles)
  13. Adventures in Ruthenium

I changed my plugs finally a couple weeks ago on my 2.0 and used Ruthenium. Feels slightly smoother at 77k miles at the time, and still smooth at 79k. I'm on your reliability thread since I a Ktuner V2 and a PRL CAI. I ordered some for my wife's car(2013 Smart). Hopefully she doesn't blow the...
  14. Please don’t kill me for asking

If you're still looking, I'd suggest Motegi Racing MR131 Traklite. I have those on my 2020 sport sedan, and they're pretty good. About 18lbs in stock size. They ran me $235 on Tire Rack. They've held up well to the craters we call pot holes here in Crestline, CA. Not full forged wheels, but...
  15. Body Kits

I'm planning on having my 2020 sedan paid off within the next year, and am interested in getting a body kit after it is. Most of what I'm seeing is just some Duraflex bumpers/body kit, and they don't really catch my eye. Can anyone recommend other body kits/bumpers/skirts? I'm not interested is...
  16. Sad to say these will be my last Civics

As others have said, you're safer in your CTR. Less likely to roll is the biggest thing. If someone swerved into me in my 97 Grand Cherokee or 79 Dodge W150, and I tried to swerve to avoid them, I'd be more likely to roll the faster I'm driving. My 20 sedan sport could swerve and stay planted...
  17. What did you do to your Civic today? (II)

Did an oil change with Liqui-Moly. Changed the spark plugs, installed NGK Ruthenium plugs. Replaced the serpentine belt as well with a Continental belt from Rock Auto. While the plugs were out, I used my borescope to check out the inside of the engine. Not too bad for 77,500 miles.
  18. A note to the tuning "haters"

I have a 2020 2.0 sedan with 6MT that's on your thread. So far, I've had no issues while tuned. Installed the KTuner V2 around 15,000 miles, and currently have over 73,000 miles. I live near Crestline, CA and drive up and down CA18 everyday, spending about 30% of the drive at full throttle, no...
  19. Tripodog’s Fc2 2.0 6mt build

These use an indirect system, so you have to allow it to calibrate. I think it's in the Vehicle menu. Make sure your tires are aired up right then drive it around. I do that when I go from stock wheels with snow tires to my Motegi MR131 with BFGs. Your car's looking pretty good with those wheels!
  20. Hello, I have a question if all Honda civic X from the US market have heated mirrors

My 2020 Sport sedan doesn't have heated mirrors, sadly. I think the upper trim levels got them though.
