Is anyone planning on developing a CARB legal turbo inlet pipe? I know the maf is the restriction but with the CARB legal turbo and the possibility of CARB downpipe, it would be another avenue for sound/power while being "clean".

Has anyone replaced the factory washer/bolts? Just picked up a set of them and am a little lost as to what gets replaced? On my Integra it was pretty easy, on my FC1 I'm not so sure.
