Well it looks great. Maybe some L-clips somehow screwed to the sides and the floor may give u space on the side to put groceries...hmm then again not sure if u wanna drill hole through floor. Im assuming its custom wood floor/ rack.
the process is called stacked fab. Its basically measuring the contours of your liner wall to the desired height. It can be done obviousely cause i did but its very time consuming and it took me weeks and lots of plywood scraps as experiments to throw away till i had every layer to my liking...
This one with rockford fosgate p3 12inch. It can still fit with trunk plastic tray but only on drivers side because the passenger side has a small channel and will raise the subwoofer box. Neat surprise so now i know.
I went to a local metal supply store. The one here in san diego is called Industrial Metal Supply Co. This one is about .063 or 1/16 of an inch thick so it doesnt bend easy if it hits rock. Think its $15.00 for a 2'x4' sheet but not sure.
The box can go either side. Some go passenger sence theres nothing to block but maybe the light just a tad bit and some go driver side to not block light at all. They get zip tied so its easy to take off anyways.
This one i havent figured a way to secure without drilling through interior liner. Some put a 1/4 plywood under carpet and screw from inside box to floor board. Some drill straight to side wall but requires also pitting plywood.
Depth i think is about 8 inches. Let look for some pics.
No worries but yes..it all comes down to price. We all have our budgets. I have heard great things about powered underseat subs. I think thats the cheapest most stealthiest way to go.
Just curiouse...would peeps be willing to pay $450.00 or possibly less for custom box made for coupes? Here are pics of sedan version..all wood no fiber glass so you can get an idea of what it could look like seeing how the side wall trunk are kinda similar. Just wondering. Reason i ask is...
Yep iv seen that. Thats pretty impressive and pretty cheap on the price side and gets u started on opening up the facia....but only if u have that style garnish. What im looking for is actual duct work from behind the.....i guess this is what im saying:
If im understanding this correct, $1000.00...
