I've got a pair of 2020's - Coupe EX and HB EX-L. They "feel" quite a bit different when driving, you really notice the length of the door and slope of the roofline. The coupe with cloth feels smaller and sportier to drive; rear visibility is worse and the cloth is not as nice as the leather...
9 months in and my only regret is not getting the Touring and negotiating a better deal. My EX-L hatch is quiet, comfortable, economical and has the right set of feature, electronics and safety options.
My main wish in the US models, are the parking sensors, even as a dealer-installed accessory...

Ah indeed on the km thing. Still an insanely high number miles ~120 / day, on highly modded Civics in some cases to boot. Struck me as quite unusual. Would love the additional context.
