I ordered and painted with this:

The paint and clear are great quality but the color match is definitely not perfect. If my car was Black or a darker color idk if I would use this but it works well on white.
Thanks!
Got them on the car. A couple notes are that the passenger side sensor cover is molded to the cover unlike the OEM piece. This has potential to make future vent removal challenging. The other thing to keep in mind is the āgloss blackā surrounding is not at glossy as OEM. Other than that, I think...
Update: vendor number 2 was a success:
here are the ones i ordered:

These actually fit ?
Thanks for the heads up! These ended up NOT fitting so I started the return process ?. I did find some other $200 ones that showed the backs and they look identical to the FK8 ones. I ordered those and will report back. If those are a bust then I give up lol.
Anyone else try the eBay ones yet? I saw they were marked down so I ordered the front ones to see. The quality actually looks really good. The only obvious difference I see is the high gloss area around the fog light is more dull than my OEM 2019 ones.
2000 mile update: Still enjoying this as a daily setup. They are a little louder than the OEM stuff but no excessively loud clunks or anything like that. I ended up adjusting the fronts to the stiffest setting to avoid rubbing as much as possible but the car still drives great. Car still feels...
I did not adjust the fronts and installed as is. The spring perches for the rears were set to the lowest setting so I did raise it an inch or so. See the picture below before raising the car ? .
I did NOT remove the front pan or loosen the LCA bolts this time. I followed @02SilverSiHB ās...
I had the chance to install the coilovers this weekend.
Installation : Removing the front struts was the usual headache but since the coilover is significantly shorter, installation was super easy. For the rear I had to remove the fender liner so I could remove the OEM strut. I thought it was...
I am not currently planning on running an EDFC. I will probably leave the rears somewhere in the middle and just adjust the fronts for daily driving/canyons. If the rear is too harsh for my kids then I will soften it up and reconsider.
Yeap, those are all reasons why I chose the flex A. My...
Will do!
Iām hoping the ride is decent since my fk8 is my dad car haha. I chose these because they are twin tube designed which is supposed to be less harsh when compared to the mono tube used for most other coilovers.
In case anyone is considering them: I ordered them from lgcracing.com for about $100 cheaper than I could find anywhere else and they came in less than a week.
As with all of the other Tein products I have had, the quality is great. Iām super happy that the error cancelers are included.
