Best idea is to call around to several dealerships and even local locksmiths if you have them.
Ideally when you purchased the car there should be a second fob that you can use in the meantime. That will cut down on your bill tremendously, but dealerships will still usually charge ~$150 to cut...
Good catch missed the statement about the clutch.
OP if you are still interested in an LSD this thread might help you out. I've very rarely seen the topic of LSD swap come up though.

Not a whole lot of European Civic owners around here. Do you have a manual or CVT? If you're just using a KTuner / Hondata solution you shouldn't encounter any issues as they take into consideration the torque failure of CVT.
Hey man you might do better by returning to 27WON. I think people aren't biting because 1300 is steep seeing how warranty doesn't transfer. Anyway GLWS
Ouch I've been there before. Old 07 Focus, did the same thing had to replace the control arm. Car lasted me another 5 years but that $1000 wasn't fun to pay. Hope it works out. Is it it drivable?
From the numbers posted in the blog, I wouldn't really consider a W2 unless you are going for a built engine as well. Once the WTQ in our cars gets to over 300 things start getting shoddy. If you want to be able to use that power and not wait for it to spool up that's going to be your biggest hurdle
Interested in if you guys think a block heater is worth it for downstate NY. Probably 2 months out of the year temperatures are consistently around / below 25F
