sometimes you can take a screwdriver and press it against the heat shield so it flexes a bit which usually causes the rock to dislodge. Othertimes you may need to remove the wheel.

My previous fa5 made an eerily similar sound not long after I bought it and was told I needed a new pressure plate because the previous owner didn’t drive it properly. Not saying that’s what’s happening but it could be something to do with the clutch. Good luck man
