Correct, I am not shipping for now nor do I have any intentions to. If I'm not mistaken I paid close to $2500 shipped. There is less than 100 miles on the exhaust. It's near mint condition, from a non daily driver, garage kept car that has never seen rain.

Here's mine, installed it the other day. Fit and finish were perfect. The silicone tube was also perfect size unlike the one originally included with my Prl HVI.

That’s the million dollar question, I have no idea. Especially for a system that was purchased brand new and is currently less than a month old.

Yes, unfortunately still too short. At first, I thought it was me. Then I passed by my friends shop that has installed over 20 of this exact model and also agreed that the silicone hose was too short.

For those of you wondering, I “STILL” have not heard from anyone at PRL. PRL if your monitoring this thread, have someone from your team send me a private message to try to get this sorted out. I’ve sent emails to your help desk with no response. I need this faulty silicone hose replaced. Thanks

That’s fine, I don’t mind keeping it. I would like for them to back their products and replace the faulty silicon hose. If not, I’ll just contact American Express, they’ll refund me without a problem.
