PRL intercooler on Hondata flex fuel tune I am seeing an average of 30 degree difference in south Florida weather (I did the IAT sensor mod and it’s much quicker to give readings now)
So it looks like the 4P pump is a GM LT pump modified with a different flange and some machine work (mounting flange and feed line is on opposite side) I have a new LT1 pump and it’s definitely doable on the hardware side but the problem is going to be running it on the Bosch ECU, the pressure...
There are 3 things you do not speak about, religion, politics, or oil (specifically the cult of Amsoil). No easier way to get men swinging their purses at each other.
You can see this car was a CW (look and the gap between the fender and hood), passenger window frame and the fact that the roof is black is a clear indicator this isn’t a factory car.
Looking at my data logs the injectors never really reach more then 40% duty cycle while the pump is at 100% and 300-400psi under CMD so I don’t think injectors are really needed. You can see where the injectors almost double in open time to compensate for the lack of fuel.
Belt driven pump sounds complex and expensive for those of us just looking to not max out our pumps with full bolt ons. Wonder what hondata did to the pumps they are selling?
To update thread, Hondata sent a prepaid overnight label, fixed whatever was wrong with it and overnighted it to me. Car runs perfect and with the Sirimoto flex fuel and PRL intercooler is running like a freight train.
Yea, ECU is locked from factory and needs to be jailbroken..
And an update, Hondata sent me a prepaid overnight shipping label yesterday, dropped it off at FedEx last night at 7pm, it was at hondata this morning and on its way back to me by 1pm eastern time. Should be receiving it tomorrow!
Hondata sent an RMA with prepaid shipping label, from a brief phone convo they said it’s not hardware related and will have it back to me before thanksgiving
