    @KTuner got back to me through email and figured out my issue. I had to press the update button on the login pop up. I thought I did that but apparently not...doing that resolved my issue :)

    It shows on mine when I touch the K at top left corner. Screen says Garges, Errors at top and at bottom says Unit #, Unlocked for mine (probably/hopefully locked for yours), then Firmware.

    Not sure if you're aware of this but Acura is Honda's company so they're essentially the same. But my recommendation would be to take it back to the dealership you bought it from and see what they can do.
