Yeah I purchased these without knowing too much about offset. The rear can’t really be adjusted, but I just purchased some camber arms. Hopefully it will resolve the issue.
Fronts don’t rub for me. They’re maxed out camber wise.
Hey everyone!
I’m no fitment expert, so I was hoping to get some guidance on my rubbing issue.
I am currently running 18 x 9.5 +22 wheels with 225/40 tires. I am lowered on BC racing coils (not completely slammed). Fenders are already rolled, but I still rub on the top screw with passengers in...
Damn! I'm sorry to hear that. Did you end up going with an alternative? Now I'm thinking of going with ProDrager, or an aFe Takeda modified for the hatch.
Hey! I just wanted to follow up! After a few days I started getting the exact same sound as you. I got my wheels aligned and I asked if they could check out the sound. Turns out some of the bolts weren’t tightened completely. I was pretty sure I torqued everything to spec though. After they...
I took everything apart and reinstalled, turns out that spring was grinding against the body of the car. It solved most of the issue, but still grinds a little on sharp turns. I still haven’t been able to tighten that but though. I may get an alignment in a few weeks and ask them to tighten it...
A wrench won’t fit the way the nut sits. I did try to hold it in place with an Allen and tightening with pliers but still no luck. I may have to invest in an impact wrench now haha.
Just tried tightening while on the ground and no luck. Jacked the car up and tugged the spring a little and it felt like it adjusted. I still can’t tighten it to spec and it’s making me nervous lol. The nut however has 4-5 threads above it so I don’t think it can get loose.
Hello all,
Noob here! I just installed the ProKit on my 2018 EX hatchback. Afterwards I noticed a rattling coming from the front driver side strut. During installation I wasn’t able to tighten the center nut on that strut completely because the entire strut would rotate. I’m pretty sure that’s...
I have them! I’m actually considering getting film to give them the smoke appearance.
EDIT: damn I didn’t realize this post was a year ago. I forgot we’re in 2021 lol.
