I can't wait for the inevitable knock off or counterfeit "OEM" parts to be sold on Aliexpress and Wish.com. The people making fake Rs can also rejoice since those parts will be so cheap.
You can’t go wrong with 255/40, especially since you’re staying on stock suspension. I have a set of TE37s +43 wrapped in 255/40R18 PS4S on my car. Stock suspension except for a few bits for alignment adjustment.
Absolutely no rubbing, and I’ve had my car loaded down with people and stuff before.
There's an alternate route home on the freeway I take sometimes. Its just a simple interchange, but its a fast right sweeper you can take flat out before a 90 degree left turn. I think the suggested speed is 35 mph but it is heavily banked.
I had a lifted Ram 2500 tailgate me because I was...
Hello everyone,
My car was bumped in a parking lot by another lady driving a Ford Focus. No airbags were set off, just bent a bunch of control arms in my passenger rear side. It was more of a "pushing" hit than a violent one. The control arms and knuckle were replaced as well as a new rear...
No, because I'm holding out for a Supra. I do think the GR Corolla is cool as hell though, especially the circuit edition. What I don't get is making LSDs an option instead of standard on the core model. What's the point of buying this car if you don't get an LSD with it?
I'm getting my car aligned after installing Spoon rigid collars. What is a good camber setting up front? I go out to the canyons every other week and I've noticed the outside shoulders on my PS4S are wearing a little more than I want.
I just filled up at Costco at $4.79/gal. It's funny, because I paid that exact same amount when it spiked up to above $110 per barrel.
Gotta protect the profit margins, you know.
The "normal" Keystone pipeline still exists and is running. XL is just an extension. Even if it weren't cancelled, it wouldn't be operational until 2023 at the earliest. I'm sure an incomplete pipeline would really help with current demands.
People don't understand the price of oil is global. Did we all forget that the price of oil went negative in 2020 during the height of the virus? No, I don't care about what your political opinions are on lockdowns, the fact of the matter is that companies overproduced and demand dropped like a...
Just a quick question. I've got some wheels on the way and I need to grab 2 pairs of hubcentric rings. I was looking into the Project Kics rings, but a lot of places are sold out. Looks like I'll have to see what Jeff Bezos is offering on his site.
Metal or plastic? Car will eventually be...
The only car I could feasibly trade in for is a Supra with a manual transmission. Those should come out as a '23 model.
I'd like a Porsche 718 GT4 but I'm not going to spend that kind of money on a car at this stage in my life. Maybe later when my career moves along and I can afford it.
Looks great! I will definitely put this specific size/offset on mine as well. I find that a lot of the +45 offsets don't look as concave as I much would like, and I don't want to go to a lower offset because of torque steer and suspension geometry changes.
You'll have to be a member of the foundation to get those plate frames. A quick google search says its 3k for the membership, and the frames aren't your property even when you get them. 3k is chump change to those people.
For us normal people, you could just plaster a bunch of thin blue line...
Purchased 09/2021.
Currently about to hit 5k miles. It's my daily driver and I also look for excuses to drive it around. There are still plenty of roads I haven't explored yet, so the miles will continue to climb.
My first choice was rallye red followed by CW, but I had to settle for CBP. It rained the past few days and my car looks especially filthy now. The joys of owning a black car.
I'm still on the stock Conti Sport Contact 6s, with a plan to switch to the PS4S when they wear out.
The past few days in the Phoenix metro area has seen temperatures dip into the high 30's at night. It goes back up to the low/mid 60s during the day. Because of my job, I have to go to work...
