I think it was the dealer that didn't reinstall it properly on the last oil change but they won't own up to it. It costs $180 Canadian to replace it. If I just threw it out and didn't put it back on, can anything bad happen? Rust on the exhaust? Not any more than the exposed muffler/tips I would...
They feel great! I turned on early spool. It's been a while so I don't remember exactly what I tweaked but I did turn some things down one notch on the first tune just for long-term reliability reasons. The full send tune definitely has some give but the first is more than enough for daily...
Do you find you had alignment issues? I had that nut problem happen only on one side and immediately after, I had problems with alignment. I'm assuming because my garage floor is not perfectly level I just learned. Just a hair off. I ended up jacking up both sides evenly when loosely tightening...
I had mine there but found I had some nasty reflections at night on the glass (right by the driver side mirror) and it was too distracting no matter how dim I made the display.
Mine is mounted like this now. Yeah it definitely takes up some visibility in the windshield but I angled it so it's...
Is this a straight swap? I've done a bit of reading and I know I have to trim the rear garnish a bit. I don't know exactly where but I know I do. But Is everything else just a straight swap? Meaning, I can still use all the existing bolts, mounting points/brackets, etc? If someone could show me...
Just hand washed my car for the first time yesterday. Also first shots of my "finished" build. I've spent a lot of money on this car this year and I am calling it quits lol Only things left will be better tires and brakes when the stock ones wear down. Otherwise I'm happy with all my mods, both...
Sorry I couldn't tell you. The dealer actually installed the rears when I bought the car when I purchased it as an option, not realizing that it didn't come with the fronts. I bought the OEM splash guard set just for the front sets.
Not great. Now keep in mind it's not actually the pro civic grille. It's THIS ONE. But it is the same design with the only exception being the emblem holder is mandatory whereas the pro civic one you can have a blank grille if you want.
I followed the advice from THIS THREAD and did everything...
Just wanted to update my post. I've made some significant mods to the car over the last few months and have "finished" the build for the near future. Now will be the real test of these base tunes.

None! Picked up locally. My shop got me the cheapest deal I could find for both. FMIC for $820 CAD and the grille for $170 CAD. Both no shipping or taxes!
