I haven't installed these bad boyz yet. Even though I've reached out to PayPal again, and they claim the transaction is being reversed back to him, the funds are still in the Q to be paid out. It's supposed to be paid any day according to them. Until then, I just wouldn't feel comfortable...
I use to have a 9thgen Si coupe. I hardly see any of those on the road. In fact, I can't remember the last time seeing one. Haven't seen an 05-06 RSX-S in a minute either. Forget about old school Type Rs, GSRs and older gen Si's. They're a dying breed. A lot of the old school hondas got jacked...
I never got a chance to drive a Type R. My salesman did have a 2019 with Hondata and eth though. He took me for a ride on the hwy and it was an absolute beast. Up to the speed limit of course :D
On this thread.. The new Si is an amazing all around sport compact.. Looks, power, handling, reliability, tech and build quality. Some of these whips with brute hp are just on another level though. You need a lot of work to run with the big boys :D
I'm happy this all worked out. No hard feelings and it was a great deal. That being said.. I'd never risk losing dough like that again. I consider myself lucky.
I had pretty much lost all hope in these things ever showing up. I was just about to grab a set of DEPOs and move on.
A beautiful set of touring LEDs  The kid came thru. I'm going to tell the cc company to drop the dispute and let the mod know this all worked out
The official OEM touring headlights with the adapters showed up today  The kid came thru  Looks like I won't be grabbing a set of DEPOs.
I went ahead and told the cc company to reverse the dispute. What's fair is fair. I'm making sure he gets paid.
Honestly they're a really good deal for the money. Like $431 shipped. They're spot on looks wise. Even though some say the beams aren't as good as OEM LEDs. And you don't have to deal with adapter harnesses.
It would be great if we could get a side by side comparison. OEM LEDs vs DEPO LEDs
