  1. New to the SI. RPMs for smooth take off?:

It's all about feel and sound. Just stop & go in a parking lot for a few minutes. You'll get used to it super quick seeing as you're coming from a manual. What made you go from the mustang to a civic?
  2. Upgraded fuel system?

I've heard that there's a few in the works, one of which is out in the wild but hasn't been made public yet. I'd be happy to hear of any updates.
  3. 27WON W2 Drop in Turbo officially in the works

This is great news.. However, what I believe is really missing from this platform is a fueling solution. Developing an answer for the fueling situation that would allow us to realize stronger gains, without always being on the edge of the fuel systems limits would be an absolute game changer.

  6. TSP Stage 2 Tune

2020 Si w/ TSP Stage 2 since around 3k I think. Bit over 8k now, no issues.
  7. Type_r_killer - build thread

Nice. Post a vid of a pull w/ speedometer if possible.
  8. My friend blew his motor on TSP stage 2

Not sure if any of you are in the Facebook group, but another engine went running the KTuner 23psi map and an intake.
  9. My friend blew his motor on TSP stage 2

If I'm not mistaken, he was running an Injen intake, a West Coast Boom Tune, and a combination of other things prior to switching to the TSP2 map. @JDMpo0kie Can you post a quick summary of events leading up to the engine failure brah?
  10. My friend blew his motor on TSP stage 2

Can you get more info? How was it running leading up to this, fuel trims, knock, money shift, etc I was planning on going TSP Stage 2 soon.
  11. Anyone been running E85? How long?

I have a 2020 Si and was thinking about going ethanol. Would be great to see some reasons as to why, why not, reliability, etc.
  12. 350WHP

Great thanks for the feedback. I've heard that SMF's are loud af. I'd probably stick with the dual. Anyone running a SPEC clutch?
  13. 350WHP

    Nice. How's the fx350? Yessir
  14. 350WHP

    What are your mods?
  15. 350WHP

That isn't the idea though Charles. I simply asked the community if 340-50 was reasonable? Not reasonable? Ok. What is? I can scale those numbers back or do whats needed. I never said I was building it right off the lot. Come to think of it, I never said anything that you mentioned. Did you even...
  16. 350WHP

Nah. These responses "get a CTR or mustang like everyone else. It's everything you want right off the lot!" amazes me. If everyone thought like that there would be no aftermarket, there would be no performance parts. There would be no innovation... Sure the 1.5L may be limited, but It's not...
  17. 350WHP

Preciate the sensible replies. IIRC the rods are the weak point, and I could technically just throw in forged rods for around $500 diy?
  18. 350WHP

Posted this a few pages back C'mon guys, just getting a V8 and being done is too easy.. Practicality goes out the window, not to mention a price difference of 15k+ for the new GT.
  19. 350WHP

I appreciate all the replies. Seems to be mixed opinions on this topic as expected. Maybe we can get DRob and 27One to chime in, as I will be using their services/products. It definitely makes sense to throw in some $500 forged rods for peace of mind, but I'd rather not tear into the engine...
