You know it, my ride always has to be clean. ?
I would say back there it’s important to apply a ceramic product or some type of protectant to make it easier to clean.
I think it’s just the nature of our cars, but man that exhaust tip can turn black quick.
On the exhaust tip when I had my Si I always used Adam’s APC & a brush/older microfiber towel to clean. I polished it with Adam’s One-Step Metal Polish.
I think so; if the tip is chrome just be careful, it’s a fairly strong cleaner so it might stain if you do it in direct sunlight or let the product dry on the surface.
You can even use it for fender liners too.
Please give the Graphene Shampoo a try. It does not work extremely great in the foam cannon, but it is the absolute slickest shampoo I have ever used.
If you ever try one of their Graphene Coatings on your car it is the perfect maintenance product.
Mega Foam is a great product too; I use 1.5oz...
It was different driving an auto, that is for sure. I will miss having the brake hold feature when sitting in traffic, but will not miss shifting in it.
I am going to have to buy a bigger polisher too; it needs a nice paint correction and all I have is a 12mm throw Adam’s SK Pro Mini polisher. NOT doing an entire truck with that..?
Honestly I am the SAME way. I am not a chrome person, however the Shadow Black paint with the Chrome package I actually do not mind it. I’ll post another angle of the truck.
This truck was one of the rare exceptions of the chrome actually looking halfway decent. Plus, I was not too picky...
I think they look awesome; the 2.3L ecoboost engine is shared between the two unless you upgrade. I wanted the utility of a truck is why I went the Ranger route.
I did look at other brands in the mid-sized truck segment, but I just really like how the Ranger looks, and all the standard options...
Hey all, I hope you are doing okay.
I never thought I would trade in the Si I drove off the showroom floor, but I am now the owner of a 2019 Ford Ranger Lariat with the 501A Package(B&O Audio System(It is amazing)).
My son just started daycare, so dropping him off I have accidentally bonked...
It’s some of the longest lasting, and best I have used. I really like the dark satin look when it dries.
As I mentioned in my write-up; Tire Prep is key when applying any dressing or shine!
Yeah Sonax is good; you can use other upholstery products too if you do not have it on hand.
I use Adam’s Polishes Carpet&Upholstery cleaner on a microfiber towel for light cleaning. I brush with one of their cockpit brushes.
Alcantara can be a tricky material, but just maintain it and you...
Thanks for the feedback!
Be on the lookout on their website for the new Wheel Spoke Brush they released today..looks like a great complementary brush to add to my arsenal since our factory wheels have larger spokes.
