  1. Modest taillight modification

I think this is a valid point. I think this is a cool looking mod, but these civics are literally everywhere. When you see one turn it's signals on, you know where you're going to see it come from and it could definitely mess some folks up if the turn signal doesn't show up where they expect...
  2. OEM Type R Hood with Scoop on a Hatchback Sport?

I have the Seibon type r hood and can confirm that it does fit. The hood latch on my car however is not compatible with the seibon type r hood. On the Seibon site, they actually recommend using hood pins. I haven't completed my install yet. EDIT: Just skimmed that video, and that is a great...
  3. Sound deadening project

My thoughts were to apply the sound deadener to the interior (behind the trim panels obviously) mostly in the area of the rear wheels. I'm not familiar at all with how much access could be gained to apply any of the deadener to the interior of the cab closest to the front wheels, but I doubt it...
  4. Sound deadening project

How about the change in road noise? I've thought of doing this also, but I'm only thinking of doing wheel wells.
  5. G-PLUS Intercooler

Sorry I see some kind of format issue. I'll fix it shortly. *Fixed*
  6. G-PLUS Intercooler

So since I've been shopping intercoolers, I decided to post up my big 3 with comparisons. You guys can draw your own conclusions, but I personally really like the 27Won model because they have made so much of the R&D info public. ENJOY! 27Won Mounted,no bumper 27Won Intercooler vs. Stock...
  7. G-PLUS Intercooler

I'm interested in the intercooler that you are using and I see that you've cut your stock lower grill out. Was that necessary for the larger intercooler, or just a personal choice?
  8. Windshield Tint Stopped Auto Headlight Feature

My windshield is tinted 50% and I don't have any problems beyond my headlights coming on sooner than they should.
  9. Skunk 2 Racing Ultra Street Intake Manifold for L15B7 Engine

It will be alright, those scratches won't matter much after the gasket is on.
  10. Wireless Android Auto adapter available

I have the Motorola MA1 and it works great. Just FYI for anyone interested.
  11. I wasnt going to do it....but...

That's some high quality looking work!
  12. Brake sqeak very bad.

Take the pads off, I bet you have tons of little cracks in the pads, that will cause your squeaking. Seen it lots of times. Here's a nice reference for you: Wagner Disc Brake Trouble Tracer Chart
  13. Vibration when AC is on?

Sorry to hijack, but I've been wanting an aftermarket rear mount. Did you go with a different brand or did you have to go back to factory to avoid the extra noise?
  14. Vibration when AC is on?

I'd check under your car thoroughly to see if there's any unusual contact happening. Could also be an indicator of a bad motor mount.
  15. Permanently disabling honda sensing features

I'm wondering if you could just install a resistor at the connector in place of the damaged sensor so that the computer wouldn't realize that the sensor is missing. This would involve knowing what a normal resistance reading would be on that circuit. The way you would figure this out is to back...
  16. Loud clicking (Not Nock) under hard acceleration

First thing that comes to mind to me, considering the recent mods, is an installation issue with your clutch. I'm wondering about a faulty pilot bearing. Before mentioning the scary possibilities, I wonder if you have having any increased vibration? My other ideas involve loose or missing...
  17. Aggressive Wheel Fitment Thread

I think that will be very risky without at least fixing the camber. It only takes one good hit to your rear quarter panel to cause a lot of damage. Edit: check fitmentindustries.com for other cars with this setup and see what they had to do to the suspension. I personally haven't tried this/made...
  18. Aggressive Wheel Fitment Thread

Thanks! BTW for anyone viewing, I'm open to suggestions on my fitment. I wasn't real sure if I should have a little less negative rear camber or not. The front fitment is really what I was going for, but I was afraid I would mess up my rear quarter panels if I got the rear camber wrong.
