My thoughts were to apply the sound deadener to the interior (behind the trim panels obviously) mostly in the area of the rear wheels. I'm not familiar at all with how much access could be gained to apply any of the deadener to the interior of the cab closest to the front wheels, but I doubt it...

I'm interested in the intercooler that you are using and I see that you've cut your stock lower grill out. Was that necessary for the larger intercooler, or just a personal choice?

My windshield is tinted 50% and I don't have any problems beyond my headlights coming on sooner than they should.

I'd check under your car thoroughly to see if there's any unusual contact happening. Could also be an indicator of a bad motor mount.

I think that will be very risky without at least fixing the camber. It only takes one good hit to your rear quarter panel to cause a lot of damage.
