Hi all, I recently relocated to St. Louis after being in central PA for a couple of years. Good to see there’s a large group of FK8 owners here! I’m not on FB, but would definitely be interested in going to the next meetup.

If you sell the steering wheel alone, I would be interested!

It took 6 months for mine to come in after ordering. Just FYI, it came with a crack on the side that Varis and the company essentially said they would do nothing for. This is despite being well packaged. It was still able to be repaired, but very annoying when you pay that much for a hood!

I use these same tires during the Pennsylvania winter season and I can confirm that they provide excellent snow/ice traction and decent dry road performance! These retail for over $200 a tire when purchased new.

WOW looks great, especially with that carbon fiber. Congrats! When you get a chance, try to take a picture full on from the front to get a sense of how different those sharp edges are.

I think it would look good either way. Squared off is very clean but the taper might echo the lines of the hood in an even stronger way. In any case, I don’t think it would look worse than the Varis hood. Also, wow that hood vent is way bigger than it appears in the Varis photo when you shoot...

Hey guys, Just wanted to comment on this thread and give Kogelthebro a bump. I recently purchased an OEM tire from him and he was an excellent seller in all regards. I highly recommend dealing with him if you are in the market for these wheels/tires.

Hello, I am looking to see if anyone would be interested in selling 1 of the OEM Continental SportContact 6 tires they are not using. Would prefer to have around 50% tread left (at least). I have a piece of metal lodged in one of my own. It’s holding pressure but I’d like to replace it sooner...

Glad to hear this as I'll be attempting the same with a RV6 FP/DP combo. @idragmazda do you know if a visual inspection was also performed? I have heard mixed reports that even an aftermarket cat would fail this, as it is not EPA approved.
