Part number for the rear lower brace is: UR-RL2-3935 You may want to verify fitment as it's listed for the 18-19 Type R and that's all. Seems to be a bit hard to get confirmed fitments from UR as the strut bar was listed as not including the R on their website but mine has a sticker that states...

Update: Civic is sold, but I wanted to provide an update on my experience tuned with Phearable 1.5. I ended up putting just over 2000 miles on the car with this tune and had zero issues whatsoever. Never any increased knock, LTFT were always around -2% or less. I would highly recommend this...
