We actually love the 2016 Honda Civic Touring(s). Honda seems to have delivered a wonderful car [in most categories].
The weakness is only in the infotainment system (IS). It was in all probability a major oversight in that process.

Reboots provide temporary relief sometimes, but that doesn't work most of the time. My wife's 2016 Civic Touring is a larger story with many more continuous and ongoing infotainment system issues.
