Started in that setting with the same issues. Thanks for the suggestion. Reboots provide temporary relief sometimes, but that doesn't work most of the time. My wife's 2016 Civic Touring is a larger story with many more continuous and ongoing infotainment system issues. Still waiting for Honda.
