  1. Sport touring too pricey??

That's why I'm talking about the sort touring. The sport is fine price wise
  2. Sport touring too pricey??

I just think that buying at the top end you get much more car/SUV elsewhere and I believe when sales numbers for the models come out that will show
  3. Sport Touring hatchbacks arrive

    No those are black
  4. Sport touring too pricey??

Yes I get all that but the price of this compact is way to much. Even if you want to compare to other compacts for the price your paying you can get a GTI or a focus ST which offer a lot more than this hatchback and let's not mention you can get a fully loaded HRV from Honda for that price with...
  5. Sport touring too pricey??

Does anyone think that a sport touring hatch for almost 30k is way too much money ??? I mean you can get a really nicely equipped mid size sedan or small SUV for that cost
  6. 2018 GTI - 242HP!

    Ahhh lol I meant Gen
  7. 2018 GTI - 242HP!

First I never said it looks dated. What I said in this discussion in this thread was that the VW style will last better over time. I also am on this forum because like I said there are three cars that I am considering and as a person looking at them all objectively I can say stuff on here or...
  8. 2018 GTI - 242HP!

Right now the GTI is in first place and the Cruze TDI hatch in second while the civic is slightly behind but almost tied
  9. 2018 GTI - 242HP!

That's a different discussion. We're talking styling not reliability. That's also changed dramatically over the years. To each his own I guess. If I was leasing my next car I wouldn't care about style but I will finance to keep for a good while so I want a timeless style. That's one of he...
  10. 2018 GTI - 242HP!

Figures you wouldn't understand. Let me explain this as easy as I can. The VW/Audis/porsches age better because they're style is evolutionary therefore a 10 year old car doesn't look 10 years old still looks good as the style is still relevant. Meanwhile transversely most automakers change...
  11. 2018 GTI - 242HP!

I actually feel the opposite, for me when I see the last Gen civic it looks OLD and DATED already and its only a few years old meanwhile the VW/audi models still look great and age well, so when i own one and its 10 years old i won't regret it and want the newest for no other reason than...
  12. 2018 GTI - 242HP!

Actually that is one of the most endearing quality to many people as there older cars don't look outdated every couple of years. Like most other car companies
  13. 2018 GTI - 242HP!

It's called competition idiot! This is a very relevant thread as most shoppers aren't brand obsessed or loyalist and just want the best for themselves
  14. 2018 GTI - 242HP!

Well I will say this a lot of drivers of gti and r32 etc drive like asshatts and destroy their cars then blame it on the car. I know that personally I know people who drive it like they stole it and the transmission etc goes while others drive it well and their car has no issues.
  15. 2018 GTI - 242HP!

Dismissing the competition especially serious competition is at their own peril
  16. 2018 GTI - 242HP!

Reliability isn't as bad as people say look it up. It's not like Honda is as good as it was
  17. 2018 GTI - 242HP!

What is the point of your post?
  18. Got a quote for Hatchback Sport Touring

I agree 100% people on here think otherwise. I know that there is no appetite for a 30-31k compact
  19. Got a quote for Hatchback Sport Touring

That's not bad and I believe they will cut some prices. In the end we're still talking Civic and it's not like we're speaking Type R here that is a special edition. We're talking a fully loaded civic and 30k is a lot for a compact car
  20. Hatchback sport touring pricing???

Bro the exL hatch with nav etc is 25k so at most I think it's 2-3 G more
