To add to that I've been running the 275 Falken's up front, but the 255 Bridgestones in the rear all year. Both the BS and the Yoko's are fantastic in the rear.
Additionally Ron was running 255 Bridgestones up front at Spring Nats, meaning you have top drivers winning/finishing highly with 255...
Well looks like the FK8 is a better car than the FL5!
Joking aside (@apexit53 is still dialing in the setup), I do think it's closer than many expected.
For autocross this is my list I post to our FB group regularly.
If it’s your first event, make sure you bring the following:
Helmet (limited loaners available)
Car Numbers (or painters tape in a contrasting color to your car)
Water, Snacks, Lunch (Closest food is a 10 min drive).
Hat and...
I just heat cycled mine at the first event of the year. Even unheat cycled/scrubbed they felt fantastic, and the next day post heat and scrubbing felt that tiny bit better.
Not quite...
"There are other cases when the brake lights on the lead car are broken. This may not be as significant during the daytime, but at night, broken lights can make it much harder to see a vehicle."...
This difference here is you will not have an insurance claim label you at fault when you get rear ended from tinted windows. Had a buddy get his STi totaled from a highway crash, and then was labeled at fault and had his rates skyrocket.
I think it makes 100% sense for right now. The LE was also "classed away" in BS due to availability. With the results at nationals so close between the Twins and the CTR's and knowing that the FL5 is going to be very hard to obtain in the foreseeable future it makes sense to also "class it...
Same boat here. Fully stock except for wheels. I only hear it on the off camber funkiness pulling out of the driveway, and one on the flat street it's gone.
I drove 5000 miles to Nebraska and back, and never once saw above 29 mpg with cruse control set at 75. My lifetime average for the car is 24 mpg. anything above 30 is just WOW
I will add I've worn the coating on the lugs away last year (30 wheel changes a year will do that), and don't have the sound, so might not be that at all.
I would report your findings to this thread as this is more lug nut focused. Doesn't sound like it's an issue with the wheels?

I'm using the TI Lugs from Danny with 2 different sets of NSX wheels. 500+ autocross runs (one set), plus 15k miles of street driving (other set), and have zero issues like you've described @NapalmEnema.
I don't think this is some design flaw with the lugs specifically, but might be a use case...
