No it's not.
Here's a good explanation of what dealer invoice price is.
What is Invoice Pricing?
Invoice price (sometimes referred to as "dealer cost") is the price that appears on the invoice that the manufacturer sends to the dealer when the dealer receives a car from the factory.

True, when offset is changed, the weight of the car will influence the ride height differently, when ride height is changed, all suspension, camber, caster, and toe-in will change. But it'd have to be a pretty big offset change to make a big enough difference to require an alignment. The 7mm...
This. Also, since white orchid pearl is so metallic, the repainted bumper may not match the rest of the car perfectly in certain lighting and angles, since it wasn't painted at the same time as the rest of the car.
Or it may match well. Some paints are easy to match, some aren't. Unfortunately...
Upgrading the brakes with an aftermarket big brake kit usually gets you both better stopping power and less brake fade. Everyone benefits from better stopping power even on regular roads but more resistance to brake fade really only applies to use at the track or autocross where you run lap...
Agreed, an extended factory warranty from the manufacturer is always better than a third party warranty extension. Less hassle and the company backing it isn't going out of business :) 3rd party warranties usually also require a deductible for any work done.
Weird then that the first model off the Indiana line which was a Touring model has a "7" in the #8 digit of its VIN - http://www.civicx.com/threads/2016-honda-civic-production-begins-at-indiana-plant-updated-w-production-line-videos.536/
If these #'s correspond to digit 8 of VIN, then that...
Nice upgrade, congrats. It's rare to see such a big jump from one generation to the very next one. Honda rewrote the book this time. In a way, it's good that the 9th gen was so mediocre. If it wasn't, the 10th gen probably would have just been an incremental upgrade and wouldn't have been such a...
CVT is basically one single long gear so the turbo should never drop boost as long as you're going full throttle (RPM will just keep increasing and not drop). The only lag should be in the beginning starting from 0 mph as the turbo spools up.
I think this is why some members have asked if going...
Probably a likely scenario. But the LX is also equipped with manual because it's the lowest entry model and the manual transmission keeps its price as low as possible. So if CVT remains more expensive than manual transmission to equip the car with from a manufacturing standpoint then we may...
Honda is a business and they'll do what makes financial sense to sell more cars and make more money. So if it's not available on the EX 2.0L, Honda must think that it wasn't worth it to offer it on the EX (maybe a super low take rate was projected). So I doubt it'll be offered on the EX even...
Not all of us want an aftermarket looking car. I prefer the cleaner look of the production coupe.
I would take that aegean blue coupe as is, minus the accessory wheels.
An LX without moonroof will be even lighter. So an LX coupe will be the lightest CivicX model available, probably under 2700 pounds (since the LX sedan weighs 2742 lbs). A Civic that light feel very tossable and handle great.
Reason the hatchback might not be until late 2016 - 2017 is also because it's produced at a completely separate factory - at Honda UK's plant.
And yea no way the Coupe takes more than 2-3 months after today's reveal to hit dealerships.
Afaik the Civic is currently only sold as an Si in North America. Other markets do have a sport version I think but no Si. Someone correct me if I'm wrong.
