I traded my 2019 Si in. I have WeatherTech floor liners and the OEM Honda trunk tray for a Civic COUPE (they will not fit a sedan). I'll take $100.00 for both the WeatherTech floor liner set AND the trunk tray. $50 if just the trunk tray. $50 if just the WeatherTechs. I'm in the Pungo...
I have it. It's two weeks old and brand new. LOL! It was $100 and I'll take $50 and I'll ship it. Message me. I have a full set of weathertech liners too.....perfect condition. I'll take $75 for those (front and back). They were like $200 new.
This forum has been awesome! I've had the Si for about 9 months now, but I ordered a 2019 Mazda MX-5 Miata GT-S (Soft top, manual, Eternal Blue Mica with tan interior) this weekend and will be trading the Si in. I pick the Miata up on Monday. I had a 2016 MX-5 and traded it in....shouldn't...
Funny thing about putting LEDs in low beams and fog lights when the housing is constructed for halogens....In Virginia at least, it will fail a state inspection. I guess you can put the old Halogens in when it's inspection time, but that's a pain too.
Bluetooth syncs with my wife's and my iPhones just fine for phone use but will not play music from spotify. It was working for some time but not now. Removed and reconnected bluetooth. Hard booted phones. Rebooted car infotainment system.....no joy. We both upgraded phone software to iOS...
Well, I gotta say shifting is remarkably smoother, less notchy, etc.... after about 150 miles with Amsoil in it. Now, it could be (as others have said) that simply putting ANY new MTF in it would produce similar results.....not sure about that. However, I have to say I'm quite pleased with...
First of all, I was SHOCKED to find Amsoil Synth MTF at NAPA for $14 / bottle! My Si has about 8K miles on it and the shifting has been satisfactory, but not optimally smooth. I have short ramps only at the house, so I drove the front up, took the plate off, loosened the drain plug (of course...
Turns out led or hid conversion for a halogen housing is illegal in virginia. I may eventually just pay for the whole housing. A shame Honda didn't give the Si leds.
So, the LED thing is an enigma to me. Fans or no fans, load resistor or none, etc.... I simply want MORE light than the halogens offer. These look ok.....what say you...
Update: 1500 miles on my oil change and level is definitely about 1/2" high after turning off from full operating temp and letting it sit 5 minutes or so. Making appointment at the dealer. My shortest trips are 10 miles and it gets fully warmed up.
I'm going to raise the BS flag on Honda having a grip on oil dilution with 2019 models. I have about 7K miles on my Si and I've had the oil changed twice. First time was at 4K in mid-summer (eastern Virginia) and I watched the oil level creep up just a bit until the 7K oil change a few weeks...
Sounds like you need a new one....under warranty. I had mine replaced within the first year because it would take like three minutes to boot up (to even get to the warning screen). Seems many Honda models with this head unit have had a number of issues.
Very nice! I've been driving and owned probably 10 Accords and Civics over the past few decades but never had an Si (always wanted one though). A couple of things..... I'd never experienced rev hang between shifts in any manual I'd ever owned and didn't even realize it existed before I got...
