I've had my eyes set on getting a Type R in the future, so I've been researching wheels. Still haven't figured out if the BBS LM style rims even fit the CTR? I've yet to come across this confirmation. I assume its limited any help would be appreciated
Keep it simple and clean, easier to deal with and design. Just do a two tip design like the sport hatchback has. Why mess with success? The stock tip is very controversial, most people I know love the hatchback's design. Probably would help keep cost down and wasting man hours on design sketches.
Corporate Honda did discuss this, the result was keeping the Si in it's cost bracket it always has been in. It isn't the fastest car but it is a fun car to drive, and it has several things the Accord doesn't offer, like the limited slip. So it boils down to $23,000 for the Si, basically $30,000...
Yea I set the protocol for my Ktuner V1. I will double check again. I emailed Ktuner about it, they said everything I did was right. Maybe you have to set something when you do the tune on a laptop? That's my only thought on it. I essentially chose the map I wanted and loaded it, I didn't even...
I've dealt with their products before, you just have to pull back on them as you roll up the windows. Took me a good 5 or 6 times. Then once they went all the way up I left it for a good 12 hours. They work great now. Just takes patience. Check their video instructions on YouTube, it helps a ton
I've personally tried everything and cannot connect to tunerview. I did the correct protocol, tried every combination of passwords to try to connect to it. I've been trying for weeks, already feel like I wasted money and time on that app
she's a little dirty from a dirt road trip and pollen. Install was typical for weathertech, clips for the rear. The rear was a pain, easiest way is to get clips in and work rear to front of visor. I am tall so I kneeled down and manhandled it into place. YouTube instructions from them helped
I made a post update about this today, I ordered a set directly from Weathertech. Figured I would make a wave and get Weathertech the attention they deserve. All of the visors I have seen look pretty awful to me except Weathertech
I originally made this post, and I have yet to see anyone pull the trigger on this. Weathertech has the best visors in my opinion, and won't fall off, peel, or look gawdy. I will provide pictures, and it will be interesting to be a pioneer to see how they look and fit. And how well on the Si...
I think it's all a personal preference and what you can afford. I have had these thoughts as well, but the Type R stands out, I like that the Si does but it's not as noticeable on the streets. It's safe to say do like I did, and give tuning a chance.
Any time you mess with suspension outside of factory specs it's a risk. Doesn't matter the car. Best bet is if you want to lower your car, do it properly and get an alignment, and have a trustworthy shop check all of your suspension parts on the occasion, or do it yourself. I am honestly not...
