I use a ton of silicone spray and a metal pick to get it in and through when I install them, you can also remove the flexible conduit from the hatch and body to straighten it to make it easier
Mm9 is a brake service and chasis inspection, they inspect all the suspension and all fluids, fuel lines and such they remove the pads clean and deglaze them apply m77 paste to pad contact points, clean and grease the slide pins and clean the brackets as well they also inspect the caliper slides...
Been a little bit since I've last posted, but threw on some enkei TFR's 18x8.5 +38 in the limited matte gunmetal with michelin pilot sport as4's in 235/40/18. Found an invidia n1 for sale on marketplace for 200$ and just needed new gaskets, took out the spare and have a custom sub encloser with...
Nothing wrong with that! From a performance stand point it would be hard to justify but having another product to run for coils is still awesome! Just the stock coils will be plenty powerful for any performance that your wanting to add to these cars, now from a price point they seem to be way...
What was the cause wanting to do this? Your stock coils have tons of voltage to jump a major gap. It takes on average 10,000 or so volts to jump the spark gap on stock plugs with the fuel and compression taken into consideration. That oem coil has an available voltage of close to 40,000 volts...
I'm not 100% sure as I have a friend who owns an audio shop so I just had him do the install ?? but I believe it gets the power and signal from the head unit as a pre Amp level and then converts it into the full Amp level for the Amp to read and send out to the subwoofer but I wouldn't quote me...
I just use honda bottled 0w-20 for my civic. It's not the same as their bulk oil they get and it's made for hondas. If we have a customer come in with an oil consumption issue first thing we recommend is the bottled honda oil
I have a thinkware x550 in my 2018 coupe and is hardwired with parking mode. I haven't had it kill the battery yet in the year I've had it even with the car sitting for a week and no battery bank for it. I really like it as my car does not have honda sensing and the camera has lane departure...
Better to be overkill lol I have an 18 with 40,000miles on it and I beat the pics out the car since I bought it new so servicing it is the least I can do. Oil changes every 3000miles brake fluid every year Trans fluid every 20,000 even though its a manual brake services every 6,000 I mean I work...
Sounds like gas burning in the exhaust itself, with it being catless and not running off the secondary o2 its going to run rich, so the excess fuel is going into the exhaust that isn't fully combusted and then burning in the exhaust causing the pops that is being heard
If you're under the 5 year/60,000 mile warranty for major components i would just flash to stock and yeah take it in as it would likely be under warranty. Not too sure how the dealers are around you but I am a tech at Honda and would cover it if its still under warranty haha you may have to...
Are you talking rebuilding with oem parts? Or aftermarket and building it up cause for oem I can get prices on everything where as if you're gonna throw some aftermarket parts in i wouldn't be too sure of the top of my head. I would definitely do a compression and leak down test to check the...
Its non serviceable as its apart of the fuel pump itself and you need a special tool to remove the bracket that holds the pump housing in the tank it will last as long as the pump does though so I would not worry at all.
Sorry to say but that sounds like wrist pin knock or rod knock to me, might have spun a bearing if its the rod knocking i have a 1.5t in my shop right now making the same noise and were doing a short block on it.
