Have you tried flashing just a stock calibration i.e " factory " and no adjustments. Atleast then you can rule out any added boost increases or features ?

I had the same experience when i had flashpro. I had the +6psi tune on my non si and set the TC limits just over my boost table but it was not enough and the dash lit up with every warning light. I had previously enabled some new features and overshot the limit like " increase fuel pressure"...

I had to do a datalogg of my cold start idle until upto temp, then part throttle drive 15 mins, then highway driving 15mins, then a 3rd gear pull from 2000rpm to redline, and do this for every revision. Then on final revision do 1-2-3 gear full throttle. Best way to do it i would say :) (...
