Thank you sir! I don't have all the links, just search for Vvivid XPO vinyl in amazon and you'll find it, but here's one for the red vinyl: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00L9J2NPG/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o08__o00_s00?ie=UTF8&th=1 I got the roof vortex generators on amazon...
  2. Opinions needed...vinyl camo or not...

Hey all, Still rather new here and finished creating and putting a vinyl wrap on my girl a few weeks ago. I love it, but would really like to get some feedback from the community as to what you all think. I know it's not everyone's thing, but personally I like turning heads when i drive...
  3. Official CRYSTAL BLACK PEARL Civic Thread

Nope, all the white, grey, and red are cutouts that i made and applied over the black.
  4. Official CRYSTAL BLACK PEARL Civic Thread

I bought the vinyl off amazon for about $10 a roll, then i cut out the shapes myself and applied them. Whole thing was about $40 and a weekend's worth of work.
  5. Official CRYSTAL BLACK PEARL Civic Thread

Nope, just added the pieces i cut out from grey, white, and red vinyl.
  6. Quoted $150 to wrap door trim

Definitely agree! For something that complicated of geometry, how prevalent it is on the car, and with no prior wrapping experience I would not recommend trying to wrap it. I would recommend either buying a new one and replacing it...though that could cost a bit. Or, just plasti-dip it. Did it...

  10. Quoted $150 to wrap door trim

Definitely don't pay for that! Two options I suggest, A, wrap it yourself for $11. It's not that difficult and you'll get plenty of scrap vinyl in a 5 foot roll to practice. It's a little tricky at first, but if I can do it to my whole car with NO prior wrapping experience, so can you. Option B...
  11. What did you do to your Civic today? (II)

Yup, designed it all myself. Got 2 rolls of white, one roll red, and one roll of grey vinyl for about $11 each, so only about $45 for the whole thing! Looots of time though but definitely one of the most fun projects I've done.
  12. Wrapped a small part up front...thoughts?

Look online for some cheaper (but not bad quality) of vinyl to start out with. You can get a 5 foot roll for about $10. My recommendation is to try to not to get frustrated. One little bubble can mess the whole thing up for you, but it's always better to just start over rather than trying to...
  13. What did you do to your Civic today? (II)

Have been working on my car since the day i got it a few years ago, but i'm new to the website and finally feel like I've gotten her to a point where i want to show her off. She's got a custom vinyl wrap that i did, tinted windows, tinted headlights, plasti-dipped rims, new front splitter...
