Ya there's a legit compartment for them down near the left side of the center console. I keep my aviators there, but it's not big enough for the case so I just kinda wrap them in the soft cloth thing instead.
I used these instructions to program the unit: https://metra-static.s3.amazonaws.com/documents/ASWC-1_Manual_Programming.pdf It took me a couple of tries to get it all working. Didn't use a PC at all.
Here's the thread about the LHA20 interface: https://www.civicx.com/threads/flickering-backup-camera-with-aftermarket-radio.39282/#post-713841
I had to manually program my AWSC-1 for my Kenwood DMX906s. The only function that worked initially was volume down, and that was when I pressed the...
FYI about the backup camera "flicker": this seems to be an issue with the Axxess harness; I have the same problem with my 2018 hatchback. Another user on the forum was able to fix this by using a different interface module from another manufacturer. I'll update with the info later tonight.
Thanks! I'm going to have to go down this route, I think. The flickering backup camera is annoying and a safety concern. I also had to manually program the ASWC. I'm also having the same issue with the Auto headlights not reporting to the radio that they've turned on/off. Did they include...
What all did you have to do to get the LHA20 working? I currently have the Axxess NAVI and ASWC with a Kenwood head unit (used Crutchfield's Ready Harness service to do all the wire splicing stuff) and I have the same stupid camera flickering issue. It's a bit of a safety concern IMO.
I was able to tell by the obvious increase in torque steer at WoT that my tune had taken. Didn't need a data log to tell me that.
But srsly do a data log.
I actually had Crutchfield do the radio install. The installer was like "Nope. I even called Axxess and they said they've had problems with the Sport and ASWC-1." So now IDK what to do lol. Maybe wait a bit and see if Axxess works out the kinks.
I might fiddle with it myself but there's no...
I did log some 21 PSI pulls and saw around 22.8 PSI max.
Is it possible that the ECU can get "overloaded"? When that 24 PSI boost kicked in traction control was going bonkers due to a wet road surface. I wonder if the ECU was too busy dealing with traction and let the boost control "slip" a...
Hey guys.
I recently flashed the Starter Dual Target 21 PSI Tune to my '18 Hatch. I did enable "Quick Adjustments" and set tune1 -> 17 PSI, tune2 ->19 PSI and tune3 ->21 PSI. I was logging (via bluetooth to TunerView) just for kicks and noticed that there was a spike to 24.05 PSI while...
Hey guys, got a bit of a problem upgrading the radio in my 18 Sport.
I ordered a JVC headunit + the Cruchfield Readyharness with steering wheel stuff etc. The problem is whenever I hook everything up the 10AMP accessory fuse in the cabin blows. Also the unlock/lock door controls cease to...
