I either go top down on my mx-5 or never use my moon roof. When i had my 8th gen si, i never used it. I only opened it once a year to make sure it still worked. Now with my ctr it doesnt matter cause the moonroof is not a option. =]

It really depends on what state you're in. Some states don't allow any front driver and passenger side tint but you can do whatever you want in the rear like california but ive dealerships still sell cars with front tint.
