If I didn't live in a place where we get a lot of snow, I would have just kept my mouth shut and kept the Summer tires. Unfortunately, I drive 100 miles a day for my work commute and don't want to risk sliding off the highway on snow or ice. However, I am going to ask them if I can keep the...
So I just got an interesting phone call from the gentleman that sold me my 2o19 Si.
A new detail about the 2019 Si model is that summer tires were no longer supposed to be available from the factory, but as a dealer option. Even on my window sticker, it says they are supposed to be All-Season...

I'm so glad someone else thinks this! It seems like my reverse gear is always living by the motto "grind 'em till you find 'em". Even when I make sure to come to a complete stop, fully engage the clutch, and put it in gear, it will fight me sometimes.
Could this be due to the reverse gear...

I used to only live 1 mile exactly from work, but fortunately I was able to step into a new career recently.
Unfortunately, it's 50 miles away from home so I drive 100 miles round-trip each day. Thank goodness for that strong MPG game.
If you can't find one that specifically comes with a cover, here is a decent "beanie" to keep it from getting too hot or cold and it is reasonably priced.

Oh my goodness, do my eyes deceive me? I've been looking around town for your car ever since I saw it with your kayaks on top at Cars and Coffee this Spring.
I was able to put the pump in far enough that there wasn't any spilling. I suppose it depends on the pump because they're nearly all different but there was still a little bit of the spring portion sticking out. Just push it in as far as it'll go (of course without jamming it in super hard...
Yeah I gave it a few seconds, shook it just a touch, and then immediately turned the nozzle up when I removed it just to be safe like I've always done.
I refuse to lose a battle with a fuel pump and have my paint pay the price.
I just had my first fill up in my new Si, and being the first Honda I've ever had really any experience with, the capless fuel door kinda freaked me out. I was able to figure out how to operate it easily enough, but am still a little off-put by it.
Are there any troubles, concerns, words of...
