Good god! those stock si rims are made of gold or what? you can get 18x8.5 RPF1 rims for that price or a bit cheaper. I have 2 curbed stock rims and 2 that are not. i don't really see anyone buying all 4 of them with 2 damaged and i want to keep one for a full size spare. long story long lol i...
I have the 3+ with the steel fly wheel and after the breakin period the pedal is almost as soft as stock. It does grab a tad bit aggressive in 1st compared to stock but its expected.
Update*
Are yall still having the same issue??
So ive WOT shifted from 2nd to 3rd to 4th with no lock out a couple times now. since my last post i installed the PRL flex fuel kit and flashed the ECU with the TSP stage two tune. I noticed when buying the tune it said WOT shifting enabled at 5k...
I had relfashed it with the felx fuel enabled on the base map then this morning i reflashed the ECU with the tsp stage 2 but nothing. Just got an email back from prl stating that a bunch of the harnesses were sent out with pins in the wromg place and that theyre working on new harnesses to send out.
I did it a couple days ago. I have k tuner and did the changes on the tune but im currently waiting for the tsp stage 2 flex fuel tune. Not sure if the ethanol content is suppose to be showing yet without the tune or not. But its not. A bit new to this as well.
I have the 3+ with steel flywheel no upgraded clutch line tho and im having the same issue as well. I put a bit more then 800miles on my clutch before yesterday when i tried shifting fast at high revs. But i have another issue as well.
Did yall lose function of the parking break auto release...
I dont do much "spirited" driving but i took it out today and while getting on an on ramp in 2nd gear i opened her up but it binded and wouldnt let me shift into 3rd until the revs got lower. Has this been an issue?
My stage 3+ now has about 800miles combined highway and city(mostly highway) and its getting alot easier to drive. I was already used to the softness of the stock clutch so its taken a little to get used to. But no more slipping :-)
Picked up my si today from the shop. But i noticed the parking brake is not releasing when i put it in gear, 1st or reverse. One thing i can think of is that maybe since the clutch is engaging differently that its not reaching the same point in the clutch as before. Is anyone having this issue...
