  1. Honda Civic Type-R Over sticker dealer naughty list.

If that guy was serious and there was actually a person there about to spend $80k on a civic type R, then I don’t even know what to think. Seriously, the type R is a fantastic car, but paying more than double the MSRP? No new car is worth that.
  2. Honda Civic Type-R Over sticker dealer naughty list.

I was literally just reading those comments and reviews just moments before I saw this post by you. Tried to go back to the page to look at it again and it is definitely gone. This definitely doesn’t put them in a better light...from my point of view if you are doing the right thing you don’t...
  3. Does anyone have a parking buddy at work?

We have assigned parking spaces at my office and I have to parallel park on the street. I'm pretty nervous most days because we're on a narrowish downtown street 3 blocks away from a college campus
  4. 2017 Hatchback Smart Entry issue.......anybody experience this yet......

Ahh my bad, I totally missed this thread was titled specifically hatchbacks and you said sedan. My bad. Thanks for sharing your info here with us though!
  5. 2017 Hatchback Smart Entry issue.......anybody experience this yet......

If you're having this same issue there's no need to start a new thread, just add your video and information here in this one.
  6. 2017 Honda Civic EX. Car alarm or not?

It still makes me press the brake and start button before I can actually start driving after a remote start. I figured if you didn't have the key on you it wouldn't let you past that process.
  7. 2017 Honda Civic EX. Car alarm or not?

I don't think the car lets you drive if you don't have the key with you if you started the car remotely.
  8. tmps on 2017 civic hatchback

Oh yeah, well that's why. It uses indirect measures so there are no sensors on any of the actual wheels/tires. So your tpms can still function with your winter tires.
  9. tmps on 2017 civic hatchback

I'm confused, if the light is not on that means everything is good, right? Why would you want the light on? I'm not from a cold climate so I don't really do the whole winter tires thing so I may be missing something there.
  10. GAP and Extended Warranty

Congratulations, you just described the entire insurance industry
  11. Some closeups of 2017 Civic Hatchback in white

I don't think they are, but would the hatch not work just as well for you? It is a 4 door hatch after all.
  12. Poll: CVT or manual?

Exactly. I would probably love driving a manual on a track. Everyday in traffic though is just not fun or enjoyable. And I'm no less an enthusiast for thinking shifting all day in traffic isn't fun, and nobody has the right to tell me I am.
  13. Poll: CVT or manual?

A substantial difference? Sure. It may feel better, but the actual act of having to row through the gears up and down all day every day is simply not fun or enjoyable to me. Which is my point. It's all subjective. I have no issue with people liking a manual transmission. What I have issue with...
  14. Poll: CVT or manual?

It's actually a manual civic that I drive. Not a 2016 mind you, but a 2006. Still not remotely enjoyable.
  15. Poll: CVT or manual?

Enjoyment is subjective. I have to drive a manual around my town for work and "enjoyable" is literally the opposite of what I would call that experience. It's not fun, it's not engaging, it's annoying.
  16. Tesla Model 3 HD Photos from 28 Oct Event

Almost every single post by the OP of this thread has a link to that same website. Definitely annoying. They even flatly say in one of the earlier posts to check out an article "on my website" with a link to the same one.
  17. Enlighten me, please

I've heard to not have your high beams on (brights), but I have heard to have headlights on low. Though that may be because a lot of cars don't have fog lights at all and low beams are better than no lights. Either way, Honda wired the fog lights in a way that they don't work without the...
  18. Enlighten me, please

That's exactly what I'm saying. If your headlights are not illuminated, your fog lights are not illuminated. Full stop. Whether the fog light switch is in on or off, your headlights must be on for the fog lights to be active. Headlight switch set to ON, fog light switch set to ON, fog lights...
  19. Enlighten me, please

I'm pretty sure if the headlights aren't lit, the fog lights aren't lit either. Whether the headlights were turned off automatically or by putting the headlight switch to the off position.
