The only well known aftermarket supplier that officially announced a bolt-on CRV FMIC is @PRL Motorsports but I havent seen an ETA on it. From a small discussion on their instagram page, they said the FMIC will be a direct fit and big enough to justify its purchase!
Coolant is just fine, I just do it for psychological reasons🤪
Not hard at all, nor does it cost much. But given it's a turbo, I prefer to change it. On the K20s, I had changed it ZERO times after 110000kms!
While on OEM 0-20w type2.0 oil, I change every 5000km or sooner depending on weather conditions and driving style. On 5w-30, every 6000km or sooner,as above. In general, I do about 20k a year so I change oil 4 times a year: Beginning of Summer, End of Summer, December and March.

I have not decided if I will go for Mobil 1 ESP 0W-30 every 5000km or keep the OEM oil and change it on May and then again in August regardless of how many kms I did. And during winter, every 5000km.
I can tell you 100% that the engine gets warm MUCH FASTER in winter with the OEM oil, which is...
