I bought the CTR and the M2 was also my choice... Both are amazing doing their own thing but you just can't comparing the two cars saying the CTR should be on the same level as the M2, it is not (as much as I love my CTR).

I like it man... I also shopped for a STI before decided on a CTR.

With Ceramic coat, it needs a “reload” spray on treatment every 6 months or so, with Carpro Relaod, HydroSilex, Topcoat or other similar products.

I watched that same video... LOL... There's another guy on there who tested different coating, Cquartz UK, Cquartz, Kisho, 9 dollar ebay, conventional Mother's, Mcquire.... just to name a few... The best beading after a few weeks were.... Tada....the old school Simoniz and Nufinish!!!

I'm doing it myself with Cquartz UK. The car is a month old, washed twice. I imagine it will be pretty straight path after I clay the surface. Whatever you do, don't wait a long time to do it, the prep is what cost you a lot the longer ou wait.

If you are still rolling to a stop and try to get into 1st gear, it's hard without first slow down the gears (putting it in 2nd then 1st), its pretty normal for MT...

Amen to that... i jumped into this purchase from my previous car which is double the price... I did remotely thought about a M3 but the outlay of cash just isn't right (and I have two college going kids) Yeah there are things the CTR lacks but at the end of the day, it's a $35k car.... not a 80k...
