    Does it not say to replace every 30k miles in the worst driving conditions? and wait for MM in normal driving conditions? I changed mine at 35k - 38k and the fluid still looked new. then at 53k the MM popped up for tranny fluid change.

    so true. My dealer wanted to charge me $700 for a tranny fluid job. Went to my local performance shop and they charged me a fraction of the price for the same procedure. I now exclusively go to the local shop only.

    Good to know. My car started ticking a lot louder than normal recently. It has a ticking noise kind of like yours but much much quiter.

    There is a known defect with the Honda wheel bearings. Our dealership replaced 1 front and 1 rear under warranty for my wifes 10th gen civic.

    are you for sure you need new CV??? My car has made that noise since I bought it new. It has something to do with the breaks not your CV. and I know for a fact mine are not leaking. The breaks on these Hatchbacks are extremely noisy

    sounds like a bad wheel bearing. My wife's Civic made this exact humming noise and the dealer found that her wheel bearing was completely destroyed. They warrantied it.

    From what I read, 0 w16 is not rated for our engine unless they changed that for the 11th gen civics.

    Does anyone know why the Honda dealerships are adding MOA treatment for every oil change? I'm assuming its just to jack up the price of a lube job? They charge about $90+ for an oil and filter job.....

    Just called my local honda service center and they quoted me $437 for a cvt flush. Not sure why they are charging so much.

    whats wrong with the Honda A02? they dont even make A01 anymore as it has been replaced by the A02
  20. Oil filter

    been using Mobil 1 GF6 Advanced Fuel Economy oil and the OEM A02 filter and have 43,000 miles on the car with no problem. I change both at the same time with 3k - 5k interval changes. I also drive the shit out of my car and play in the hill with it. I honestly dont expect these 1.5T engines...
