Hey guys. I'm playing around with my Ktuner and I was wondering the Pros and Cons of disabling Rev Hang?
From my understanding it help the vehicle decelerate faster/sooner, but is that it?
Are there any performance gains from doing this? With respects to 1.5L Turbo CVT engines?
Hey guys,
I'm thinking about lowering my HB Sport Touring with Eibach Pro Kit.
Problem is that I am currently running 19" rims on 245/35/R19 sport tires.
I don't know if my current wheel setup will work without rubbing?
Any help is appreciated.

The conclusion was that the gas in western Canada, specifically Vancouver, is shit.
I confirmed it with a buddy of mine who also runs Stage 2 on a sedan, his knock is worse than mine.
Unfortunately we are SOL
I switched my OEM for Firestone Firehawk Indy 500 tires and man is it a game changer. Literally no slip or spin on Ktuner Stage 2 maxed out. These tires are damn sticky and will purchase them again if need be.
Edit: I chose these tires as their price per performance is the best in the market.
I had to purchase the Pro civic wing since I am in Canada. I probably would have done ABS Dynamics if the shipping wasn't 600$. Regardless both look identical and look amazing thus far.

IMO it’s not as good as the states for various reasons. Our gas stations don’t go through as much gas as you guys do so sometimes the 94 can be sitting there for days on end.
Yup that’s exciting the same forum I was referring to in my earlier comments. Revscene is like the main “car” forums up...
Thanks for the feedback. I am expecting to get a lower knock control number when on stock tune. I also noticed that when I select a calibration, it shows 2 options for my vehicle. One options allows the use of quick settings and quick adjustments, the other does not. Is this expected? I recall...
This is what I’m afraid of though. I was under the assumption ktuner would be an easy plug and play without having to change anything further than the base tunes quick settings. I don’t want to change
My car is bone stock except for a resonator delete and high performance tires. Not sure what...
So I did a full on WOT pull with Shell 91 V-Power and KControl was at 1.23 after O.O.
It looks like Chevron 94 is actually performing better. I honestly have no idea what to do now. I did not hear any audible "knocking" sounds whatsoever.
Just to be clear. when I say WOT pull I mean going up...
What do you mean by “goes back to normal”? The kcontrol immediately returns to 0.48-0.56 after 5 mins of normal driving with my current tune. It’s only when after I do a pull that it goes extremely high. If this new tank of gas doesn’t work, I’ll go back to stock then and try again.

I've been reading some local car forums and people have been saying the 94 by this brand here is not as good the main competitors 91. I'll try the next brand and see if their 91 will help. As for the K-Control, I did sever pulls, the first of which I was coasting at normal high-way speeds and...
