Update: I went back and tested it. Rolled down the window and walked away from the car, it locked. I put the key down, went back and opened the door through an open window and the alarm went off so it's definitely working. I wonder if there's something out there that allows them to bypass the...
I have a 2018 Civic Touring. Had my car broken into the other day, but the alarm never went off. Any ideas how? Looking at the car, there was no exterior damage, but the driver "arm rest" was torn off. The lights must've turned on as I always leave them on auto and they were turned off. Again...
I've had this since I bought it, but occasionally, when filling up. The filler will auto-stop early. It doesn't always happen, but when it does it's really annoying. It will constantly stop every 5 seconds even when the car is almost empty. Known issue?
2018 Civic Touring, I've noticed that the rain sensing wipers seem to behave backwards, is this normal? When it's raining heavy, the wipers will go soooo slow then when the rain stops and it's barely drizzling, it goes apeshit on me and spazzes out. Any fixes or just a shitty system?
I changed over a long time ago with my previous car as it had a smaller rear window. I tried changing back with the Civic to the traditional view and it is a huge increase in your blind spot in comparison. Switched to the recommended style the next day. It's hard to adjust to, but once you're...
Am I doing something wrong? 2018 Civic Touring, 3000 miles, I drive a lot of city, AC/heater is usually set on low, gas mileage is usually around 25mpg. RPM usually at 1.5 to 2.5 :(
For sure this. I ran the paperwork through my lawyer and he said pretty much the same thing. The thing though, is this dealership decided that over $500, we're going to harass this customer and turn him into an unhappy client. When, the car, already had 1000 miles put on it plus a dent bumper...
I've heard that sales and service are separate so I try not to judge, but yea, I won't be ever returning to that dealership. Everything up to that was pretty good. Sales guy was very accommodating, they were willing to throw in tinting, very professional. Suddenly, over $500, everything change...
It's more the lack of helpfulness. Even the regional liason or whatever was like... eh not much we can do. Honda financing and Honda dealership are 2 separate entities from Honda corporate. Which, to me, is just poor customer service. We might look at them down the line, but in general it's just...
Alright, final update.
The store manager did eventually call about 2 weeks later to figure out what was going on since I had escalated this to the regional liason, although they told me they couldn't do anything and this was between me and the dealership. See timeline above. When he did call...
Sure thing, I was riding a Kia soul before so I was used to sitting higher. I basically kinda tweaked it, it's more a reclined sitting, lower, and leaning back than before. I would just try different positions, you might be surprised.
2018 touring as well here. At first I had the same seating issues as well. I discovered that I was trying to sit like I was in my previous car which I guess isn't how it was meant to be. After some more tweaking and changing how I sit it's much better now.
