  1. RaspberryPi in the Dash

Thank you! That's some really good insight and something that I hadn't considered. Just peeking at Honda Hack, I think that's all I'll ever want/need anyways and I had no idea it existed! Also an aside, I want to say thanks to this forum. You guys have all been super helpful and friendly...
  2. RaspberryPi in the Dash

Ahhh ok I gotcha now haha. Going to have to do some deep forum digging then and some more research . No time frame for this as I have some other projects on the go as well, but definitely something I will pursue and update with here when/if found
  3. RaspberryPi in the Dash

This is something I'm very interested in. Is there any way to access this touchscreen? I know you can "install" apps on it, so maybe there is a way of creating and publishing an Android app for it instead? Does anyone know?
  4. "Downshifting" CVT

Could this be removed with a tune on the CVT? I notice my CVT has a lot of build up on the turbo when peddle is to the metal, and there is next to no power output, even on a downshift
  5. RaspberryPi in the Dash

Hahaha all good, just was like "(0.o) whaaa?" I wish it were that cheap out here! Mind shipping some gas over for me though? lol

  7. RaspberryPi in the Dash

Is there any way to get instruments on the stock center panel in the car? I know it's Android based, but can you install widgets to show things after using a KTuner without buying gauges, or is it better to get gauges and mount those?
  8. RaspberryPi in the Dash

    What? Excuse me? Cheap??
  9. Have a turbo and a CVT? Considering a tune? Read this!

Very cool. Well, I do have a laptop, but it's my precious baby that I have too much invested in. I'd probably end up setting up a bracket/mount system in my car with the tuner, or tuck it away and set up some gauges in that case. Time to put some more money in that savings account!
  10. Have a turbo and a CVT? Considering a tune? Read this!

Quick other question too. KTuner v1.2 vs v2 for a hatchback sports?
  11. Have a turbo and a CVT? Considering a tune? Read this!

So best bet then - what has been all over this thread - is tuner first. Great to know, something I've been wrestling with for a bit of time now. Thanks for the input!
  12. Have a turbo and a CVT? Considering a tune? Read this!

I'm a computer programmer too, so I feel I may get even more customised down the line when I get the tuner. This is why I want to make sure my system can handle it all first
  13. Have a turbo and a CVT? Considering a tune? Read this!

I'm on the fence of sleeper. I partially want attention, but also want to just freak people out when I whip past them. Tough decision to make, but as it is, my car stands out with it's white paint and moonroof/side visor kit
  14. Have a turbo and a CVT? Considering a tune? Read this!

Hi there, I'm new to the threads (first post actually). Just like you @gtman, I've been conducting a lot of research into what I'd like to do for my car, and I'll be posting another thread (or in another thread; will search first) later on about the mod list and ideas. I'll link it later on when...
