The Ktuner comes with Base Tunes for all 2016+ Non-SI Civics. and 2017+ for SI. Here's the Base tunes that come standard with the tuner, you would still need a laptop to upload the tunes and stuff. and the reason why I'm selling it is because I'm trading in my civic and no longer have any use...
