I cut off the picture too much but it does come with lugs (ordering from TireRack), i see some people run a 225 instead of 215 tire, why is that?

So between a (18x8) or a (18x9.5) Wheel which is better to go with a 215/45/18 tire?

I just got my EX-T yesterday and I was curious on why most people don't prefer darker wheels on the darker tone? I have these Konig Controls at 18x8 40 offset with a 245/40/18 tire but I'm debating on returning. Can I get some opinions? Thank you.

I just turned 23 last Thursday and am getting the EX-T next weekend. It'll be my second car after having my 02' Civic LX Coupe for 5 years.
