Unlocked KTuner V2 w/ TSP Stage 1 for Si. Includes everything except the metal mounting bracket. Has a magnet on the back and I'll include the suction mount I was using.
Selling because i'm trading my car in.
Great, thanks Derek. I may have just been reading some bad information on what would be considered problematic, but your info is always appreciated and I'll no longer be worrying about it haha.
Thanks Derek. Always super helpful. Is there a certain point in which I'd need to be worried or consider reaching out to you about adjusting my MAF scaling on the tune?
Still about the same, LTFT around -8% past two days, but I have noticed larger fluctuations in my STFT, spiking to around -25%...
Kind of reviving a thread here. Derek would it be outside of the realm of normal behavior that after flashing my stage 1 TSP tune my LTFT has sat pretty steadily around -7% and my STFT fluctuates between 0 to -5%? Running the street MAF PRL Cobra. Afr at 14.7 when idle or cruising.
Gains to be made are super minimal and not at all noticeable with an intake. What you're really getting is a whoosh noise and if you get something like a PRL Cobra it will help keep your temps down which is extremely valuable in maintaining power and reducing heat soak.
I don't really care one way or the other what people do.
I do the installs I can. If I'm not confident in doing something or am lacking the tools, my buddies a mechanic and he helps me out.
You're fully aware how dumb this post is right? The Injen is proven to be hit or miss. Some people tuned, who track their cars have not had fuel trim issues. Other people have. The product is inconsistent. Therefore you are much better off spending an extra $100 on the PRL intake that has R&D...
If you're looking to be cost effective, a muffler delete will work. You can ditch the HDMI tip too if you'd like. I definitely don't think it's really loud or obnoxious. Some people experience cabin drone between 3,000-3,500RPM.
I'm looking to pickup a set of Ikon or ABS Dynamic Type R style side skirts for my Si, but I understand you have to cut and modify the OEM splash guards for them to fit.
Anyone with experience doing so have some tips and guidance so I have an idea of what I'm getting into before I order them?
Yup! Same issue. Kind of weird because I've heard of people successfully having the dash warrantied for the exact same problem. Were you able to get it to go away or minimize it?
