Second is the rear setup. It is a Whiteline 22mm...
I totally agree Lick. The Civic gives you plenty of driver confidence even in stock form. I have owned many V8's , a 3000GT VR4, 4 cylinder turbo cars in the past.....along with a V8 Miata I built and just recently sold. That's probably what has ruined me for my love of straight line speed, but...
Let me start by saying, the Civic has to be one of the best handling cars for the price. Yeah it is rather tame in a straight line, but in the curves.....very impressive. Some idiot (found out he lives in my neighborhood) was following me closely because I guess I did not accelerate fast enough...
Since the weather has gotten a little colder, I am having a similar buzzing. Though to me it sounds like it's coming from the top of the dash right in line with the steering wheel. The part that looks like it came from a video game steering wheel setup. :)
I agree with this statement. It would be nice if we could alternate what settings we want as the throttle needs to stay on Sport ALWAYS. That was one of the nice things about the GTI. Even when driving to work in the morning people drive like maniacs. They are all over my bumper if I drive...
I am still breaking my SI in Zeffy, and only used Sport mode one time and unfortunately not down this same road that gives me grief. I am wondering if for us the ECO mode is giving us pain and goes away when we put it in Sport? Maybe some of the others can chime in as to what mode they are in...
I may know what the issue is. I think it has to do with a little bit of a dead spot in the accelerator pedal. I watched the TPS indicator as someone mentioned earlier while going down that same road. It seems like I have the pedal slightly depressed like I would when keeping a steady slow speed...
I believe people are talking about different things in this thread. I know exactly what the OP is talking about, because I can reproduce it. This is not a "bucking" scenario like some worn out high mileage manual cars tends to have. As I stated before, once I leave work I can go down the road in...
Same here. I seem to notice it more when in 4th gear. Keeping it around or a little above 2k will cause it to do this. I thought it was just me, but it has done it 2 or 3 times. 2018 with 160 miles thus far. Also seems to happen only when I get off of work and drive home.
So I went ahead and ordered the Whiteline 22mm rear bar to put on my 2018 SI Coupe. I also ordered the 2018 Accord end links since it looks like those are pretty stout pieces. The car is mainly a daily driver. See any issues with using it at the full 22mm setting and then maybe getting the Ultra...
Picked up a 2018 Civic SI Coupe in white right off the truck. It was $24,000 OTD. I probably could have gotten a better deal if I fought a little more, but the supply for SI's are slim in this area and other offers were a joke. They had a black SI that I test drove and I really liked the car...
