  1. Oh no!

Yeah, don't want that extra high center of gravity weight! All the more reason I'm going to be keep my S2000 around :)
  2. Type R availability

If they don't limit us to a single year run! But I highly doubt that..
  3. Civic Type R sedan and coupe

Yeah, I would have to agree there. Just look at a Miata on an autocross course.
  4. 9th Gen CTR vs RS3 vs M3

Yeah that's what I'm hoping. The U.K. 9th gen has a Type R GT that does just that.
  5. Type R availability

Absolutely. I never really understood this whole markup thing. I am worried they my try to pull this with the Type R though. Luckily, I do have a lot of Honda dealers around me
  6. 9th Gen CTR vs RS3 vs M3

Agreed with their statement! But so far its shaping up with the new Civic having pretty good tech inside. I'll bet or at least hope the Type R keeps all of the goodies. Always disliked that the 8th Gen Si couldn't be ordered with heated seats but the EX could.
  7. 2017 / 2018 Type R Civic U.S. Price

Yeah, I'm willing to bet we won't see it for much over $34,000 USD
  8. Civic Type R sedan and coupe

I'd bet there wouldn't be that much of a length difference on the coupe over a sedan. If anything, the hatchback will probably be the shortest for sure.
  9. Type R availability

I'd have to agree here. Thats a pretty big number if it were US only
  10. Our 2017 Civic Type R hatchback preview based on spy photos

Its possible one or both could be pass throughs for a towhook or something similar
  11. Our 2017 Civic Type R hatchback preview based on spy photos

I'm really hoping thats what this is! Pressing the +R button (if this will have one) and getting MORE volume out of the pipes when you want it would be amazing! Right now, My Abarth has a sweet exhaust note, but i really wish it wasn't always so loud.
  12. Type R availability

A couple thousand a month seems pretty high but that would be great for availability. I know its no real basis for comparison as it was over 15 years ago, but according to this article by Road and Track, the Integra Type R only had 320 units produced for the US during the first year. Over 4...
  13. Type R availability

I know its impossible to say how many Type R's Honda will produce for the US in its first year here, but I've been wondering if they're going to be super limited or if they will have a wider availability. I know they only sold just over 1,000 Integra Type R's over here when it was new so they...
  14. New Civic hatchback prototype spotted testing Si or Type R parts? [Updated w/ Video]

Yes! It almost certainly looks like one in that head on shot. You can see it run across the whole length under the bumper. I think that would b awesome if they did that! It would make so much sense too for when you just want to drive around relaxed vs when you want to have a little fun. I...
