The rad swaps I've seen is through the top without the front bumper removal. I can imagine taking the bumper will be easier to access the radiator, but taking the bumper off is a pain in itself.

Here's a good idea what happens when you have pretty much gone all out on cooling mods. There's a few mods that he hasn't done but for the most part I doubt will resolve it. I've been following this topic for awhile now, so far no one has a definite answer.
